The advantage of funds central management system is gradually being accepted by the community. However, enterprise groups are uneven awareness of the functions of the funds central management system. This paper studies China’s enterprise groups in the practical application of funds central management. Thus, find the optimized processes and measures of the implementation of funds central management for the Enterprise Group to improve capital efficiency, and enhance their ability to resist risks.
