Research On Funds Centralized Management Mode Of CB Construction Group

The enterprise groups have become the development trend of many large companies. In this process, the companies must strengthen the internal financial control and construct a reasonable mode of capital management. Under the background of rapid development of computer technology, the funds central management has become the choice of many companies. Construction companies always exist as enterprise groups, so there are many subsidiaries, which makes the capital account complex. With the rapid development of the business scale, the traditional capital management is no longer suitable for the need of the capital management in the new era. If the companies can’t find a suitable mode to improve the funds management level, the companies will lag behind in the competition.From two aspects of theory and case study, we studied the economic benefits and competitive power on CB construction group after the implementation of funds central management. Firstly,we analyzed the related theories of funds central management, reviewed the literature from home and abroad and summarized the connotation and modes of funds central management. Using the comparative analysis, we summarized the characteristics of six modes of central fund management.Then, based on the analysis of the actual situation of CB construction group, we analyzed the internal and external situation of CB construction group trough environment analysis and were clear about the urgency of establishing the central fund management system. Combined with the characteristics of the industry and the comprehensive comparison of the six modes of the fund centralized management pattern, we proposed the management system based on ’cash pooling’. Last, we made an implementation plan and quantified the economic benefits of the fund central management. The whole plan will improve the company’s hard and soft power, but some problems may appear in the implementation. So we put forward the countermeasures to smooth the plan.From the study, we can see that the fund central management brought substantial economic benefits to the company, straightened out the internal management system, improved the operational efficiency and promote the company’s soft power. The study of the fund central management in construction companies provided a good reference. The established path of choosing the fund central management mode and the implementation scheme of fund central management has certain guiding value and significance.
