At present,the Chinese civil aviation industry is in a stage of rapid growth.Aircraft sorties are being introduced at the rate of hundreds of aircraft every year,matching the airliner belly space cargo business,which is booming.At the same time,in the regards to air cargo demand,with the advance of domestic E-commerce,international online shopping,and overseas purchases promoting the explosion of express goods,the demand on the air freight market is also rising year after year.Whether domestic or foreign,aviation companies are targeting this market,igniting fierce competition.On one side,China International Airlines,China Eastern Airlines,China Southern Airlines,Hainan airlines,and other large airlines initially comprised the network in northern,eastern,southwestern,northwestern,and southern China;On the other side,Shun Feng Airlines and Donghai Airlines are the most recent air freight companies to join the competition.Shenzhen Airlines set up branch offices in Shenyang in 2006 in response to the lack of strategy from other northeastern airlines,and after nearly 10 years hard work,their impact has been second only to the northern branch of China Southern Airlines.In order to consolidate the strategic layout of Shenzhen Airlines in Shenyang,Shenyang freight businesses need to have a steady customer group,to promote their own strength,and to make up the loss of equipment,stuff shortages,and lack of routes.This essay uses SWOT analysis to explore opportunities and challenges of Shenyang freight business of Shenzhen Airlines and identify their own strengths and weakness es by the analysis focuses on the macro and micro environment,then clearly the locati on,the choice strategy and specific content,of business strategy,the specific contents are as follows:(1)In the condition of sustained rapid growth in each airline transport capacity,new ai rlines also participate in the market competition;(2)Shenyang freight business of Shenzhen Airlines in the perfection of transport capac ity layout and investment of personnel and equipment,Prompted the base company Locate clearly,with the need to strengthen the construction in terms of channel manag ement,service quality,operation security etc.(3)Four aspects need to be refined and improved on business strategy emphasis:"ex cavate differentiated market demand,to avoid homogenization of competition","mak ing Shenzhen Airlines high quality service brand","the formation of stable strategic alliance" and "sales agency differentiated management".
