Research On Optimization Of Nuclear Accident Emergency Management In A Nuclear Power Base

Scientific and technological progress has brought great improvement to human productivity.The development of productivity is inseparable from various energy sources that provide power.Since the1940 s,the development of nuclear power technology has become more and more mature,and has become the world’s three major power supply pillars together with thermal power and hydropower.However,while nuclear energy brings energy benefits to mankind,it also has great potential risks.The Three Mile Island and Chernobyl nuclear accidents in the last century and the Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan in 2011 have dealt a heavy blow to the world’s peaceful use of nuclear power generation.How to effectively use nuclear energy while ensuring safety has become the top priority of nuclear power development.This paper takes a nuclear power base as the research object,combs the worldwide nuclear accident emergency research situation,puts forward optimization suggestions for nuclear accident emergency management according to the theoretical basis of relevant nuclear accident emergency management,combined with the current situation of nuclear accident emergency management in a nuclear power base and the Enlightenment of Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan,and formulates the improvement of nuclear emergency facilities and equipment,the establishment of rapid response mechanism,the design of comprehensive nuclear accident emergency drill,the application of information technology Optimization scheme for nuclear accident emergency management in terms of emergency popular science publicity.At the same time,it explored the safeguard measures and effect estimation for the implementation of the nuclear accident emergency management optimization plan,so as to minimize the impact of serious nuclear accidents in three stages: before,during and after the event,and ensure the safety of people’s lives and property.The conclusion of this paper shows that improving the nuclear accident emergency response capability of nuclear power plants is an effective means to deal with nuclear accidents,which can limit and reduce the consequences and impacts of nuclear accidents to the greatest extent.By incorporating the suggestions on the optimization of nuclear accident emergency management,the weak links of nuclear accident emergency management in a nuclear power base can be improved and perfected,so as to further enhance the nuclear emergency preparedness and response capability of a nuclear power base.
