The successful application in the rapid development of E-commerce has a great impact on traditional retail in the word.But also provide an important opportunity for the traditional retail to seek new development. How to using the E-commerce to promote the development of traditional business, to improve their own core competitive ability, to form an effective business model, in order to cope with the market competition, has become an urgent, difficult and must be solved task of domestic retail enterprises.In recent years, the rapid expansion of the entity shop makes the traditional retail business of Inzone group formed the competitive advantage in the market of Shandong, at the same time, the advantages of industrial clusters of group make Inzone E-commerce developing rapidly. However, the rapid development of E-commerce in China has encountered various problems. All kinds of E-commerce enterprise have to innovate the mode of operation and management idea because of the lack of talent, huge amounts of money, the price of vicious competition, not perfect logistics system and the increase of the cost.This paper points out that the Inzone E-commerce must to actively learn from some successful business model,and propose new operation model B2B2C with multi industry ecosystem unique characteristics of Inzone to face the increasingly fierce competition in the market.In the management idea, to abandon the low price competition, and to promote the quality of the products and quality services to attract consumers, is the healthy development of the Inzone E-commerce. Therefore, combined with the Inzone tradition commercial spirit and the new mode of electronic business, can strengthen its competitiveness, and strengthen the Inzone brand in the minds of consumers.The development of E-commerce and the store expansion will promote each other, and make contribution for the Inzone brands in the country! This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter points out the research background of new mode of Inzone’s e-commerce, significance, methods and the framework of this article.The second chapter points out the basic theory of E-commerce and status of E-commerce in china.The third chapter mainly analyses the Inzone electronic business environment to find out the competitive advantages, and pointing out the development strategy; to find out the Inzone operation mode can be used depending on the comparison and analysis of enterprise case.The fourth chapter points out the specific content of the innovation mode of Inzone E-commerce B2B2C. and in this paper, a large number of the latest and detailed data are used to analyze this chapter; Including the operation of new mode, market and customer planning, product planning, payment and logistics planning,and so on.The Analysis and researchs have certain guiding significance and innovation for the further development of Inzone E-commerce, In the fifth chapter, the specific protection measures are given for the implementation of the new mode of E-commerce.In the existing condition of Inzone electric, these security measures are feasible and practical.Therefore, these measures make the Inzone having confidence to carry out the new model of E-commerce.The sixth chapter points out the research problems for the further development of Inzone E-commerce.
