Based on the study of all kinds of electronic business modes, in allusion to the shortcomings of present modes, this thesis studies on a new electronic business mode—B2B2C, and its generalization issues.The development trend of garment industry in the 21st century is "many varieties, small quantity, high quality and quick delivery", at the same time it also has fashionable and seasonal characteristics. Those trends and characteristics require that the garment enterprises are highly automated and have quick response ability in manufacturing process and in sale. In order to achieve those requirements, the garment enterprises should set up an integrated marketing channel. Contrasted to the traditional e-business mode, the advantage of B2B2C is to provide individualized services, to connect the suppliers and customers by using the middle B of B2B2C, so as to form a complete and high-efficiency operation business mode.This thesis analyses the features of all kind of electronic business modes, basing on the present garment electronic business situation, and illustrates the features and shortcomings of present garment electronic business modes B2B, B2C, and reaches a conclusion of needing to build a new mode. Then, the background, characteristics, implementation conditions and development plan of B2B2C are discussed in detail; especially the works needed to carried out are expounded particularly. The practicability of the present mode B2B2C is demonstrated by the fuzzy theory and actual investigation of the attitude of garment enterprises to the new mode B2B2C. At last, some tactics to be carried out are provided.
