| In the adjustment of economic structure and change the way of economic growth background, the consumption upgrade, the upgrading of the industrial development of the market economy is the inevitable requirement to a certain stage. The huge market capacity need advanced marketing platform, and large retail chains, as an industry advanced mode, leading the trend, induced consumption, representing the retail development direction. Chinese retail enterprise experienced a tortuous process of development, and now the features are small, the scattered distribution, management category big and market segmentation is not clear. Analysis of Chinese retail business and market characteristics, making suitable market strategy for Chinese retail enterprise, and exploring conforms to Chinese retail development strategy, is in all Chinese retail practitioners of before major issue.This paper mainly combine the method of the theoretical analysis and case study, based on China’s retail business, Scope Economic Theory, Competitive Advantage Theory, The Coordination Theory as the base, analyzed the domestic retail market and industry characteristics, including market characteristics, current situation and industry development trend. The conclusion is that the retail market characteristic of main market are an advanced stable profit mode, the bigger cash flow, a more fierce competition. The present situation of the retail industry mainly analysis ed the consumer market, the industry overall competition situation and retail industry focus. The retail industry development trend are the whole scale continuous growth, regional differences, retail formats continually widened blooming, enterprise scale enlarged, etc.This study was based on the retail store of Inzone as the case object, using of theoretical combined practical method, analysis ed the present situation of the development of the enterprise, including advantages, disadvantages. Based on the exploration of the enterprises, put forward the development of countermeasures in the aspect of the strategic management, personnel management, brand management, and other aspects.Of course, as the limited knowledge, this study also has some deficiencies. The future research could be focused on motivation, satisfaction, performance, expand competitive advantages, etc, and through adding case study and other research method could expand this study. |
