The rapid development of Internet and e-commerce not only change lifestyles, but also create new business practices and channel marketing model. On the one hand, the rapid development of Internet makes the traditional channels can't meet the market changes and the requirements of manufacturers'market share, manufacturers not only sell their products through retailers, but also through online to customers; On the other hand, with the gradual maturity of China's Internet shopping, consumer behavior characteristics have also changed, their buying motives tend to be more rational, the quality of user experience make shopping decisions gradually increase.In order to better promote the traditional enterprises to develop network marketing, the mechanism and measures of network marketing model B2B2C is researched, the main focuses and innovations of this paper are summarized as follows:(1) The network distributors'evaluation system under B2B2C is established, and Super Decisions is used for enterprise selection, evaluation, assessment of network distributors;(2) Through the case study of Li Ning, who surpass Adidas by outsourcing in 2009, B2B2C coordination model is created, and the Coordination Mechanism is compared:1) fixed cost model; 2) revenue sharing model; 3) service compensation model, the optimization models and coordination mechanism between manufacturer and retailer is established in the fuzzy demand environment, the impact of third-party e-commerce platform for the channel profit is described by sensitivity analysis;(3) Introducing e-commerce platform into B2B2C channels revenue distribution model, under three-level supply chain revenue distribution mechanism is analyzed from two perspectives of the union status, revenue distribution mechanism, the future trend of e-commerce is used by quantitative analysis;(4) The study filled the gaps in the research field of the new network marketing model B2B2C, by related research from home and abroad, the theoretical analysis and numerical example is used for research on B2B2C mechanism, in order to give strategic recommendations for traditional enterprises and third-party e-commerce platform to develop network marketing.
