The Briefly Investigation Of The Construction Of New Socialist Countryside In Yueyang County

In October2005,16the CPC plenum examined and approved the CPC Central Committee on the formulation of the11th five-year plan for national economic and social development recommendations, presented in accordance with the "production development, life affluent, rural culture, tidy, managed democracy" requirements, promoting the important historical task of building a new Socialist countryside."Rural civilization "is one of the objectives of the construction of a new Socialist countryside, which fully embodies the cultural construction in rural areas in building Socialist new countryside’s importance. Strengthening the construction of rural culture is not only inevitable demand of building a Socialist harmonious society at present, is the inevitable requirement for sustained health sciences development in rural areas.Yueyang county location, land and water transportation is very convenient. At present, agricultural, industrial, commercial and transport in Yueyang countyaew are rapid development. Yueyang county rural economic, political, cultural and social construction entered a period of comprehensive development. However rural cultural construction is slow. This is obviously not in line with the overall development of the building of a new Socialist countryside. I summarize domestic scholars on the construction of new Socialist countryside culture after research, leads to some inspiration. This paper is divided into two parts, ask questions and solve problems, total of three chapters. Chapter I, summed up the achievements of rural culture construction in Yueyang county. The second chapter, at this stage, problems still exist in the rural culture construction in Yueyang county, includes:mechanisms are not perfect, the team unstable, inadequate investment, hiking, light government economic and cultural activities, and dissemination of unhealthy culture. Chapter III, on these issues, for strengthening the Government’s guidance and management, pay attention to personnel training, the activities, the exploitation of farmers as the main body characteristic of cultural activities and standardizing the cultural market management.
