Study On Food Safety Supervision System Of Provincial Boundary Area

Food safety has become the hot issue in society. Food safety involves many links, how toensure that food safety is an issue of common concern of government and people. Especiallyin provincial boundary areas, because of their unique geographical position and humanisticcharacteristics, the food safety supervision exhibits particularity. So it is necessary to studythe food safety supervision system construction in the provincial boundary areas. This willhelp to improve and enhance the food safety supervision work in the provincial border areas.Firstly, from the perspective of the food safety supervision system, the concept of foodsafety supervision system was expounded. By the analysis of the security supervision system,and concluded the food safety supervision system had four elements, e.g. foundation, mainbody, object and way. The effect of each factor and mutual relations were discussed, and theoperation mode of safety supervision system was explained. Further more, our country foodsafety supervising actuality and problems were studied. Secondly, focus on the properties ofthe geographical location, cultural background and interaction, five main factors influencingthe provincial boundary area food safety, food supervision basis, industrial foundation,security environment, industrial transfer and characteristic industry, were summarized. Thedifficulties and problems during the provincial boundary area food safety supervision, such asunity, the transfer of industry and supervisory ability, were summarized. And thecorresponding solutions were suggested. Finally, from the overall situation of food safetysupervision in China and focus on the particularity of provincial boundary area, the principlesand recommendations were given.During the research and analysis of provincial boundary area food safety supervision, acounty of Fujian, Pucheng, located at a provincial boundary area of Fujian, Zhejiang andJiangxi provinces was selected as typical region, and its geographical position, economicdevelopment, culture and custom were introduced. Combined with the present food safety andfood safety supervision reality in this region, the establishment of food safety supervisionsystem in provincial boundary area was discussed, which should provide the basis forstrengthen food safety supervision.
