Sales staff performance appraisal system is very important for sales of theenterprise, it directly decides the enterprise economic benefit and long-termdevelopment. Therefore, it is necessary for the enterprise sales personnel to conduct acomprehensive, objective, open and fair performance evaluation, And would releaseand the assessment results timely feedback to the sales staff, In order to stimulate theenthusiasm of sales staff work and challenging, thus to continuously improve thework performance of sales personnel and the continuous development of theenterprise. However, as is known to all, Sales staff performance appraisal work needinvolves various factors, so it is an important and complex work. Due to thedifference of the company’s industry background, stage and development direction,the condition of human resources and sales channels, the sales staff performanceappraisal system also exist great differences.Currently running performance evaluation system in A company is no longeradapt to the development of enterprise, To a certain extent, affected the sales staffwork enthusiasm, creativity and full play to the work, Hindered the development ofthe company. It is the author’s job for A company to establish A new performanceappraisal system, aiming at to improve sales staff’s work performance and promotethe company’s long-term development.Firstly, this paper discussed the sales staff performance evaluation related theory,secondly, analyzed the problems of current performance evaluation and thecorresponding reasons, and then through the analysis of the work of sales staff todesign A company sales staff performance appraisal index system and using theanalytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weights of each indicator, fourthly,all indexes of assessment dimensions, performance appraisal cycle and he assessmentmethod were given, then Put forward that the sales staff performance appraisal resultsshould feedback to each be assessed and suggested to apply the assessment results onsales personnel salary management, training development, level fluctuation, personneland other supporting scheme, Finally some organization, system and personnelsecurity measures were given in order to ensure A smooth implementation of thecompany sales staff performance appraisal system.In this paper, literature analysis, field interviews, brainstorming method andanalytic hierarchy process (AHP) method were used, hope the designed sales staffperformance appraisal system is able to provide a long-term development for Acompany as A reference.
