With the in-depth development of social economy and the promotion of people's insurance awareness,China's insurance industry has entered a high-speed development stage.By 2019,there are nearly 100 insurance companies in Heilongjiang Province,and the competition among large,medium and small insurance companies is increasingly fierce.In today's complex market environment,in order to enhance the competitiveness of each insurance company,the potential of the company's employees can be brought into play,and the human resource management work is attached great importance.In order to achieve the purpose of improving market competitiveness and expanding the scale of premium,insurance companies need to introduce more advanced performance appraisal methods,establish multi-dimensional appraisal indicators,carry out fair,open and comprehensive performance appraisal on salespeople,ensure that salespeople develop business in compliance,do a good job in customer maintenance and improve their comprehensive ability.Taking Heilongjiang HX insurance company as the research object,this paper firstly introduces the general situation of Heilongjiang HX insurance company and Heilongjiang HX insurance company's salesmen in detail,and combs the performance appraisal scheme applicable to the current salesperson,including the performance appraisal method,the appraisal content,the appraisal index and the weight,the appraisal cycle and the appraisal appraisal,the appraisal process and the appraisal result utilization and so on.Secondly,questionnaire survey and interview were carried out to analyze the current situation of salesperson performance appraisal,and the existing problems in the performance appraisal scheme of Heilongjiang HX insurance company were summarized.These problems are mainly reflected in the unreasonable setting of assessment content,unscientific evaluation index system,long assessment cycle,lack of communication and feedback in the assessment process.Finally,starting from solving the problems existing in the current performance appraisal scheme and the motivation to improve the application effect of performance appraisal,the core idea of "balanced scorecard" is introduced,which is the overall framework for the optimization of performance appraisal scheme.In terms of assessment content,therelatively single performance evaluation content of the original scheme is optimized into four aspects: performance dimension,customer dimension,internal operation,learning growth and training.In the aspect of evaluation index system,the key performance appraisal index method(KPI)and balanced scorecard are combined to determine the evaluation index in multi dimension,and the weight of index is quantitatively analyzed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the evaluation standard of each index is given.At the same time,optimization suggestions are put forward for the assessment process,assessment cycle,evaluation and the application of evaluation results.
