Research On Tourist Satisfaction Of Scenic Area Management Under The Background Of Tourism Law

The Tourism Law, implemented from October 1, 2013, requires scenic spots manager to control the maximum tourist population carrying capacity basing on the management open conditions, and makes new requirements in many aspects, such as formulating ticket price and fee-charging system and defining the scenic spots' security responsibilities for travelers, which make the tourists' satisfaction changed. By now, the research of tourists' satisfaction on the implement of new Tourism Law is rare.This paper takes the national area Wilingyuan core scenic area as the research sample. According to the analysis from formation mechanism of tourist satisfaction and model variables, this paper chooses IPA method as the system model for the research of tourist satisfaction in scenic spots management, which plays a valuable role on the study of tourist satisfaction quantitative model from the point of future ethnic minorities' region tourism management. Basing on the analyzed research, this paper, on the point of scenic spots management, attempts to find the factor which effects tourist satisfaction of scenic spots management at the Wulingyuan Core Scenic Area, analyzes the reliability, validity and difference of survey satisfaction scale and the importance scale respectively by SPSS method, and gives suggestion by the ways of selecting factors in ticket price, infrastructure, service, solutions for tourist crowed through IPA matrix. From which, this paper makes great significance for the scenic spots managers to know the needs of tourists in ethnic minorities' regions and to improve management level.
