In recent years,with the development of the social economy,the improvement of the material living standards and the increase of leisure time,the consumption demand of the tourists has changed greatly,and the traditional sightseeing tourism is gradually changing to the integrated tourism which integrates many functions such as leisure,vacation and experience and other functions.As a result of the integration of comprehensive tourism,spring tourism is a combination of product,including tasting spring,enjoying spring,painting spring,chanting spring,and brewing spring,which can meet the changes in consumer demand and the adjustment of economic development patterns,showing great potential for development and vigorous development momentum.However,despite the fact that the development of spring water tourism in China is in full swing,there are still a series of problems in the development process,such as the outdated development concept,a single development method,and excessive development of spring water.These problems all influence the degree of satisfaction of tourists to different degrees and will further destroys the local ecological environment,restricts the further development of the scenic area,and hinders the sustainable development of spring tourism.As the main body of the tourism activities,the tourists’ perception and satisfaction directly affects the development of tourist attractions,which is crucial to the sustainable and healthy development of the scenic spots.Based on the perspective of tourists’ perception,this article takes Baimai spring park of Zhangqiu as the research object,and establishes the satisfaction of tourists in spring scenic spots through the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods such as literature search,field investigation,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics.Evaluating the indicator system and taking the Baimai spring park of Zhangqiu as an example to conduct empirical research.The full text is divided into five parts: the first part mainly describes the research background,research significance,and research methods of the selected topic,and summarizes the research progress at home and abroad from two aspects:spring tourism and tourist satisfaction;the second part mainly defines spring water,spring scenic area,tourist perception and tourist satisfaction,and elaborated the theories of customer perceived value,tourist satisfaction and sustainable development that were referenced and used in this article.The third part was based on field surveys and literature analysis.The index system of tourist satisfaction evaluation in spring scenic area was used to modify the indicator system using SPSS19.0 analysis software,and the indicators were explained.The fourth part was empirical analysis,which mainly analyzed the basic data of Baimai spring park of Zhangqiu tourist attraction survey questionnaire.Through surveys,it was found that the tourists visiting rate in Baimai spring park of Zhangqiu is not high;tourists mostly use the“experience spring water taste” and “feeling Qingzhao culture charm” as the main purpose of tourism;the tourists satisfaction is low comparing the overall area of Baimai spring park of Zhangqiu.Based on the above analysis,it is proposed to broaden the publicity channels and increase the visibility of scenic spots;increase entertainment projects and enhance visitors’ experience;improve infrastructure and improve reception capacity of scenic spots;controltourism prices and regulate the order of the tourism market;There are five countermeasures,including rights and interests,to enhance the satisfaction of tourists in the scenic areas of Baimai spring park of Zhangqiu and provide theoretical basis for the sustainable development of spring tourism.
