The Research On The Evaluation Of Development Zone Land Intensive Use In Rizhao

Land is the basis of human survival and development of land resources is a valuable non-renewable resources. With economic development, the supply of land is increasingly tense, the land has become the city’s economic development level constraints. Economical and intensive land is an important initiative for building a conservation-oriented society, the inevitable process of economic construction, resource utilization and environmental protection relations.In this paper, Rizhao city economic and technological development zone for the study area, based on the law of diminishing returns of land, the government rent land price theory, location theory by comparing the economic development of the analysis of the Ju county industrial park, the Lanshan economic development zones, high-tech industrial park, the city of north zone four land intensive utilization degree, as well as the current situation and characteristics of the development zone land use and application of the intensive use of land on theoretical knowledge, problems exist in the development zone land use, proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Final draw four zone land use intensity score were85.74,86.73,90.90,62.26, the research provides an important basis to promote the development zone intensive use of land to ease land contradictions.The paper is divided into six parts. First, the introduction section expounds research background and significance and purposes, the dynamic of the content and methods of the study, and it overviews research situation home and abroad. The second part defines the connotations of intensive land use and development zones respectively. The third section provides an overview of Rizhao city, an overview of the study area. Part IV development zone, Rizhao city, analysis of urban land use overall current situation, based on a point of order theory of Rizhao city land intensive use of the overall evaluation and potential forecast. According to the results, the fifth part analysis questions. Finally, on the basis of the fifth part,it propose countermeasures and improvements and summary of this study to further improve the overall level of land intensive utilization,and achieve the goal of land sustainable use.
