The Evaluation Of Land Intensive Use Of Nanchang Economic And Technologic Developement Zone

The land intensive utilization is a necessary requirement to maintain a continuous and healthy economic development in our country, as well as the necessary requirement to establish prosperity and ecologically-civilized society in all aspects. Study on the land intensive utilization in the development zone has really provided an indispensable foundation for promoting the exploitation of the potential in land use, improving the land use management level, establishing a long-term efficient mechanism and enhancing the ability of land to participate in macro-management, and providing indispensable evidence for scientific and reasonable land use management decision-making system.On the basis of drawing the evaluations research methods and practice of land intensive utilization in the development zones at home and abroad, this paper has built a suit of evaluation index system of land intensive utilization in the development zones, including four objectives layers, such as the situation of land use, land use efficiency and management performance. There are8sub-goals and24specific evaluation index. The paper established the evaluation modes of land intensive utilization in the development zones by the mothed of multi-factor general analysis, and conducted empirical research taking Nanchang economic and technological development zone as example. The main research contents include the following:(1) On the basis of investigating information of land intensive utilization in development zones and reference of the "Development Zone Land Use Evaluation Order (For Trial Implementation)", the evaluating index system of and land intensive utilization in development zones were established accordingto Nanchang economic and technologic development zone itself, including target layer (P), factor layer (A), index layer (B) and measure layer (C), altogether adding up to24evaluation indexes from society, economy and ecology.(2) Applying for the synthetic evaluation law to promote the coordination degree model, The quantification value of each evaluation index is confirmed by using the promoted coordination degree model, the weight of each evaluation index is established by combining with AHP method, and the synthesis evaluation value is composed by applying the synthesis coordination degree model, then finally obtain the overall evaluation value of land intensive use in development zone. (3) Taking Nanchang economic and technological development zone as example, the goal in target layer reached83.57. the goal of land-use station was89.28, while land-use effectiveness reached its84.67and the efficiency and management performance of land use was73.08. This meant that it should be promoted.(4) By taking Nanchang economic and technological development zone as a example, this paper put forward some reliable and useful suggestions to sovle the problem in the Nanchang economic and technological development zone.
