Land Intensive Use And Improvement In Y Economic Development Zone

Land resources have an important position in the development of China's development zones.Under the multiple backgrounds of adjustment of land resources planning,increased protection of cultivated land,continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements and more urgent regional economic transformation,the focus of land management in development zones must turn to intensive use.Y Economic and Technological Development Zone has an important location and well-developed transportation.It has formed industrial clusters in automobile,medicine,machinery and other related manufacturing industries.It has become an economic and technological development zone with rapid development and strong regional aggregation capacity in the province.This article takes the land intensive use of the Y Economic and Technological Development Zone as the research object,with a large amount of first-hand data of land intensive use through a large number of visits.First,define the relevant concepts,carefully sort out the main domestic and international researches on land intensive use,and summarize the current main theories,evaluation methods,and implementation methods of land intensive use.The third part,through the analysis of the status quo,management characteristics and problems of land intensive use in my country's development zones,so as to introduce data on the land intensive use of Y Economic and Technological Development Zone to reveal its current status and existing problems.In the fourth part,by formulating the relevant evaluation index system,firstly,the current status values of each index are used for trend analysis,and then the AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out.The results show that the overall landintensive use is at the upper middle level.On this basis,the future improvement direction and main influencing factors of land work are analyzed.Finally,aiming at the problems of intensive use of land and in line with the direction of future improvement,it proposes countermeasures such as increasing the industrial land use rate,optimizing the industrial layout,improving the quality of enterprises and projects entering the zone,continuously improving the income level of land use,and achieving balanced utilization of land resources.An important supporting condition for the future development of Y Economic and Technological Development Zone is the sufficient supply of construction land.In the case of traditional expansion of land acquisition,and intensive use has become an important way to ensure land supply The use of research can alleviate the shortage of land resources in the development zone.
