The Efficiency Promotion Research Of Logistics System In Changsha Cigarette Factory

Abstract:Based on years of working experience and research of tobacco industry logistics system, the author selected the logistics system of making and packing workshop,as the research object,which is in Changsha cigarette factory of China tobacco Hunan industry Co.,LTD.This paper first introduces the application status,as well as research background and research significance of logistics system in cigarette industry. With the goal of logistics automation efficiency improvement, this paper tries to make a deep analysis on logistics system in Changsha cigarette factory, by applying the logistics theory and supply chain logistics management theory, also considering the logistics automation characteristics of cigarette industry and the actual situation of logistics system in Changsha cigarette factory.This paper mainly foces on real-time data acquisition,accessory pallet matching, AGV system application,wrong and mixed brand in accessory conveying,and safe use of stacker and warehouse.To build Changsha cigarette factory as world-class model plant,this paper considers the logistics automation system from the aspects of accessories pallet matching,warehousing, conveyance,and real-time monitoring.What’s more,this paper puts forward improvement strategies and redesigns the influencing factors of logistics automation system, such as efficiency, safety,quality and technological process,also provides the Implementation steps and methods, and verifies implementation by empirical research.Then, makes the corresponding guarantee measures from efficiency,safety,quality and system protection, to lessen the influence that may be caused to the equipment and production during the improvement implementation.Finally, this paper summarizes the application benefit of logistics efficiency promotion in Changsha cigarette factory to promote efficiency, and points out the future work plan and prospect.
