Optimization Research On Production Logistics System About Zhenghai Magnetic Material Limited Company

This paper studies production logistics system reorganization of Yantai zhenghai group.The company currently exists some unreasonable distribution as a result of the production process logistics unreasonable to cause the problem of high cost of logistics. This paper attempts to redesign company production logistics process, in order to reduce production cost, improve the production efficiency of logistics.In practical applications, caused the group of daily production capacity in more than10T, the logistics amount is larger, and the intermediate product handling, storage for long time, so by reducing the processing in the process of logistics and logistics time can promote the enterprise to reduce the cost. Production logistics system design is scientific and reasonable or not, for the enterprise to reduce the production process, reduce material handling transportation distance, reduce W1P and storage cost has very important practical significance.Based on the related production logistics theory is briefly introduced, then the Zhenghai Cicai limited existing problems, from the plant layout and material handling equipment layout, as well as the balanced production and other aspects of the analysis: through the analysis of present enterprise workshop layout and equipment layout reasonable, and the production process of logistics the path is not reasonable, material handling in circuitous phenomenon. In addition there are lack of production capacity, inventory and production management level is low problem.Finally, in view of the existing problems, from the following aspects the optimization:(1) For the plant layout and equipment layout undertook readjust, according to the material flow direction to planning, for the factory’s material handling system design of the digital equipment and transport equipment, optimizing the transportation route, reduce material handling.(2) The common three kinds of production logistics management model:MRPI1, JIT and TOC respectively were compared and analyzed, on the basis of this puts forward the integration of the three characteristics of the new production and logistics planning and management. (3) In the light of the enterprise at present mainly through artificial way to manage inventory and manufacturing current situation, put forward an enterprise should be through the use of related information management software, inventory management and logistics information resources integration. In order to ensure timely supply of materials, we should integrate the production logistics information, to help enterprises of the production schedule to meet the production needs, and to adapt the production logistics beats, gradually realize the management of scientific and modernization.
