As a kind of renewable energy, biomass has been widely used in production of many enterprises, due to its good economic returns, environmental benefits and social benefits. Biomass feedstock possesses the characteristic of bulk mass, strong seasonal and big acquisition radius, so its purchasing, storage and transportation schemes play an important role in reducing logistic cost and controlling production cost. Therefore, it is very important for the construction and optimization of raw material logistics network.This paper makes a case study in a company with mountain peach and apricot as its raw material of biodiesel and synthetic lubricant, and detail analysis was made according to basic data and information in this company in the following four aspects: 1) structural analysis and project refinement was made for the logistic cost, especially transportation cost of raw material of biomass; 2) through the construction of purchasing and storage site selection model (PSSSM) based on gravity model, we get basic purchasing and storage locations in raw material source area, then optimize its amount by AHP and finally determine 8 purchasing and storage locations, thus form a relative position model between enterprises and purchasing and storage locations; 3) according to the limitations and defects of gravity model, improvement was made to the site selection model so that it can be widely used in other fields; 4) based on the pre-work, a transportation cost, inventory cost and operational cost minimization model of biomass was constructed, with its constraint condition in low season and boom season of purchasing respectively determined, and then with the help of mat lab, a raw material transportation scheme with a lowest logistic cost was made under the premise of raw material's demand fully meet in enterprises.The basic data and information in this paper was mainly from the on-the-spot investigations, therefore this research was truly and targeted, with its result meet the realistic need of enterprises. Besides, references can be provided for the construction and optimization of raw material logistics network. |
