Meantime discussed the thought system and executive system of the clean culture construction,and on this foundation, pointed out the problem and inadequacy of the clean culture construction. In the fourth chapter,according to problems and inadequacies of clean cultural construction, put forward countermeasure proposals to strengthen the power corporation clean-fingered culture construction and points to clear direction for the electric power enterprise’s sustained and healthy development.
