Study On Optimization Of Corporate Culture Construction Of JX Electric Power Company

An excellent corporate culture is needed as a strong backing and support behind a successful enterprise. An enterprise without corporate culture is the same as a shell without soul. Enterprise culture construction is a major issue in the modern market economy and enterprise development. Therefore, to obtain survival and development in the future fierce competition and challenge, a very important point is the ability to build a good, rich and unique corporate culture.JX electric power company is a wholly owned subsidiary of State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC). Its corporate culture is from its parent company’s corporate culture, but influenced by its own region, humanities, especially its human capital and resources. It has a unique corporate culture. Its corporate culture is the power to achieve common development of enterprises and employees.Based on case analysis and related theory, using the method of document research, case analysis and questionnaire survey, with the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, using the knowledge of management, economics, sociology and so on, JX electric company’s corporate culture status is investigated, and the corresponding strategies and measures are put forward in this paper. The following conclusions are drawn in This paper:The construction organization of JX electric power company’s corporate culture is not perfect; the company has a lack of systematic guidance to enterprise culture construction; new staff have a lack of understanding of corporate culture; employees have a big difference in the interpersonal cognition of the enterprise; the lack of communication between the upper and lower levels. To solve the above problems, the construction of a unified corporate culture is put forward in this paper, in order to enhance the level of corporate culture of JX electric power company.
