Chinese wine culture has a long history, affecting all aspects of life and political,economic and cultural, China. Wine culture cannot do without wine distributors this uniqueeconomic groups. However, there are many problems in the management system is not perfect,management level, sales staff incentive strategy, employee satisfaction is not high, lack ofsales staff loss wine dealer enterprise. Now, the dealer’s living environment has undergonetremendous changes, changes in the macroeconomic policy, market environment change,business model change, marketing the concept of change, these changes make the winedistributor is experiencing new challenges, faced with hitherto unknown opportunities andchallenges, how to build the core competitiveness of human resources, how to improve themanagement of enterprises system, how to have a first-class talent, how to achieve sustainabledevelopment, has become a new form of liquor dealers cannot evasive problem.Salesmen are key talents to liquor wholesaling enterprises. Initiative and enthusiasm ofsales staff directly impact on corporate performance of enterprises. To establish motivatingpolicy scientifically is beneficial to stable sales team and keep good salesmen, and createmaximum value for the enterprise.By combining many incentive theories, this paper not only analyzed some issues of Swine trade company but also found out problems and put forward to improvement strategythrough literature research, questionnaire and in-depth interviews to analysis the status ofthe sales staff. The purpose is to provide effective and incentive strategy, stimulate sales staff’swork enthusiasm, and to help the other enterprises obtain more profits and make gooddevelopment.
