Research On Risk Management About The Core Business Of Building Construction Enterprises

The building construction industry is an important and hot field for the development of national economics. In the period of rapid development about market, the problem of risk management of core business for building construction enterprises becomes a key problem for the development of the enterprises. In this thesis the risk problem about core business of building construction enterprises looked as a research object. The development status about building industry and the developing environment of building construction enterprises are analyzed, and the category about core business of building construction enterprises is defined, which is mainly embodied in the construction and management for engineering project of construction enterprises. The type of risk is described, and the characteristic about risk of core business for building construction enterprises is discussed. On this foundation, the practical methods of risk identification for building industry are summarized; the cause about risk of core business is analyzed. The risk assessment model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can be established.In the thesis, Jiangnan Hydraulic Engineering Corporation can be looked as a actual research object, Fourteen risk evaluation indexes of core business are constructed which belong to operating risk, management risk, financial risk, and formed a set of embodiments of structures. In the finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system is used to value, the results shows that the method has a certain practice and effectiveness.
