Research On Investment Benefit Evaluation Of Advanced Manufacturing Technology In Minor Enterprises Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Manufacturing is the foundation and pillar industry of the national economy.As an effective weapon for the development of modern manufacturing industry,advanced manufacturing technology plays an important role in the development of enterprises.The minor enterprise is an important force in China's national economy,minor enterprises in the process of implementing AMT because of funds,technology and management,did not achieve the expected return on investment,so the evaluation of AMT investment project has far-reaching significance for minor enterprises to implement AMT.This paper carries out research and Analysis on the investment evaluation of AMT in minor enterprises.First of all,based on a large number of literature review on AMT investment benefit evaluation at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the implementation of AMT in minor enterprises through the research and analysis of relevant theories of AMT benefit evaluation,then combined with the characteristics of AMT and the actual situation of minor enterprises,the index system suitable for minor enterprises' s AMT investment evaluation is constructed from five aspects: financing,technology,management,external environment and risk.Secondly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the investment evaluation of AMT.At the same time,entropy method is introduced to compensate for the shortcomings of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in terms of index weight,so as to improve the accuracy of evaluation.Finally,taking a minor manufacturing enterprise as the research object,the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the investment benefit of AMT,and the evaluation results are analyzed.Based on that,the suggestions for minor enterprises to implement AMT are put forward.The innovation of this paper is mainly embodied in two aspects:first,the innovation of the evaluation index system;based on the study of minor enterprises and AMT,this paper constructs an index system for AMT investment evaluation of minor enterprises.Second,the innovation of the evaluation method;in this paper,the evaluation method has been appropriately improved from the aspect of weight,the combination method of analytic hierarchy process and entropy is proposed to solve the weight,the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method enrichs and improves the investment evaluation of AMT.
