Study On Evaluation Of Comprehensive Benefit Of Large Public Building Project

In recent years, with the rapid development of construction industry, research for the related fields of construction becomes deeper and concrete in china. While the study on the benefit evaluation for large public construction projects gradually becomes deeper by domestic and foreign scholars, the benefit evaluation of large public construction projects in china has entered a steady development, in large public building project of evaluation after decision-making, evaluation after the construction process, evaluation of economic benefit, evaluation of financial management, and evaluation of energy conservation, our country has gradually in-depth study. But since these studies generally only from the angle of economic benefits, social benefits angle or building energy conservation angle of unilateral consideration of large public construction projects as a result of the research benefits, the research results becomes one-sided, thus the evaluation of economic evaluation,social benefits for the large public construction projects is only one-sided which can not reflect the real benefits of the large public construction, so it leads to a problem needs to be studied:how to accurately and effectively carry out the comprehensive benefit evaluation for large public building project.At present, although there are many benefits evaluation of all aspects of china’s large public construction projects, but for the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the project is only in its infancy, this also leads to the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the project has not yet formed by the scholar or the managers agreed to the evaluation index system and the strongly operational model in the use process. After consulting a lot of literature of domestic and foreign countries, meanwhile from the experience of the benefits evaluation of large public construction of domestic and outside, combined with XX large public construction project—The XX Olympic Sports Center project, finally defines the concept of comprehensive benefit evaluation of large public building project, discusses the necessity and evaluation principle of the comprehensive benefit evaluation of large public building project; set up the index system of comprehensive benefit evaluation of large public construction projects; using two kinds of analysis method of the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, attempts to combine these two methods, to build the model of the comprehensive benefits evaluation of the large public construction projects, in order to make the evaluation more accurate; finally taking the XX Olympic Sports Center project as an example, which proves the validity of benefits evaluation index system for the large public construction projects and the feasibility for the quantitative model of comprehensive evaluation in our paper.
