| At present,China’s economy is in a critical stage of transformation in development mode,optimization of economic structure,and innovation in growth momentum.The quality of development of the construction industry,which has long been a pillar industry,has a profound impact on the quality of China’s economic development.However,from the perspective of high-quality development,there are still certain deficiencies in the development quality of China’s construction industry in various dimensions.Among them,as one of the main entities in the construction industry,engineering cost consulting enterprises mainly face problems such as a lack of high-quality talents,low profits,and insufficient overall engineering consulting capabilities.In order to achieve high-quality development of enterprises,it is necessary to actively explore ways to enhance the core competitiveness level of engineering cost consulting enterprises in accordance with the requirements of the times,so that engineering cost consulting enterprises can fully play their main role in the process of achieving high-quality development of the construction industry.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an evaluation system for the core competitiveness of engineering cost consulting enterprises that adapts to the context of high-quality development,to help enterprises clearly understand the strength of their core competitiveness,guide them to take targeted measures to improve their core competitiveness,and help them achieve high-quality development goals.This thesis includes the following four parts: Firstly,it introduces the relevant theories of the core competitiveness of engineering cost consulting enterprises,and analyzes the factors that affect the core competitiveness of engineering cost consulting enterprises based on the background of high-quality development.Secondly,by interpreting industry related policy documents and sorting out previous research results,we extract evaluation indicators for the core competitiveness of engineering cost consulting enterprises in the context of high-quality development.Once again,appropriate indicators were selected through questionnaire survey analysis,and a core competitiveness evaluation system for engineering cost consulting enterprises was constructed under the background of high-quality development.Finally,an evaluation model for the core competitiveness of enterprises is established based on the grey correlation degree method;At the same time,the weight of each indicator is determined based on the entropy weight method to empirically analyze the strength of the core competitiveness of five engineering cost consulting enterprises,and corresponding strategies for cultivating core competitiveness are proposed through the empirical analysis results.This thesis not only enriches the theories related to the core competitiveness of engineering cost consulting enterprises,but also helps enterprises have a more objective understanding of their own core competitiveness,and provides guidance for enterprises to formulate targeted improvement measures. |
