Under the condition of market economy,the knowledge talented person due to the capacity of advanced production technology,have been familiar with the current advanced production and management concept,in the field of high and new technology innovation consciousness is stronger,they are the key elements of competition of the market economy.To emotional management of knowledge workers,in order to enhance the knowledge staff's job satisfaction as the starting point to improve the work efficiency of the enterprise is the enterprise to realize rapid development of a subject.Knowledge workers as the research object,based on U company meta-analysis of U company knowledge staff present situation;Design knowledge staff degree of satisfaction evaluation model is put forward,and on the basis of the empirical,U the company to the empirical finding U company knowledge staff satisfaction is improved space;Finally on the basis of data analysis,put forward U company should recognize the knowledge significance and urgency of the construction of the employee satisfaction,to manage expectations and feelings,respectively,to improve performance management,salary design,build good organization environment,establish the humanist management idea and promoting the enterprise culture innovation,the knowledge staff in planning of career planning.
