Employee satisfaction is an important factor affecting employee’s initiative and efficiency. However, improve employee satisfaction can stimulate the enthusiasm of staff, enhance cohesion and centripetal force, improve work performance, so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper selects Ningbo Construction Co., Ltd to do research on employee satisfaction, study on relevant theoretical basis of the employee satisfaction, questionnaire was designed according to the reality of the enterprise. The data from 650 questionnaires were analyzed by validity analysis, variables describing and variance analysis by SPSS software one by one. Discover employee satisfaction status, analysis of enterprise management problems, and advise on improvement.Based on the data statistical analysis and investigation interview, the following conclusions: first, Ningbo construction overall employee satisfaction at a higher level. Second, the staff of career development and welfare of two variables satisfaction is low. Third, the population is 4 to 8 years of work to lower job satisfaction. Fourth, the project department staff on the work environment, work atmosphere, post management and salary welfare satisfaction is relatively low. Fifth, post management affect employee satisfaction is the largest, the second is the career development and training of learning. Sixth, employees think enterprise exists in the management of employee participation is low, the lack of effective communication, system execution is not strong, the issue such as difference of team building.Improve employee satisfaction management strategies provided in this paper including: Reconsider the design of salary system, adopt flexible training methods, strengthen the management of career development and post management, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, strengthen effective communication, promote the enterprise executive force, structure the enterprise culture about “faith and loyalty, reasonable and fair”.Based on the analysis and research of the factors that affect Ningbo Construction employee satisfaction, explores the methods to improve employee satisfaction management, Ningbo Construction Company and Ningbo construction enterprises have a comprehensive understanding of the actual needs of employees. Encourage employees by incentive, make pointed references to improve their satisfaction, providing the beneficial reference for the enterprises to raise the standard of management.
