This study dose research in the sub-center’s salary system optimization of theFinancial Sharing Center, the purpose is to stimulate employees, promote humanefficiency, and to retain talents. Starting with the salary system theory, the studyanalyzes the key elements of establishment and improvement for salary system, and theoriginal and present issues of the sub-centers. Firstly, the industry of financial sharingcenter and staff profile would be introduced. Secondly, the survey should be undertakenand feedback should be collected. By analyzing the data, the problems would bedetected and the optimized design should be made finally to clear the purposes andprinciples of the salary system and the thoughts of the salary system optimization.Combined with the realities of the sub-center, the optimization design is made step bystep by using mordent knowledge. The effect of human resource management insub-centers is prominent, through monetary and non-monetary measures to ensurefairness, supportabilities, incentives and competitiveness in salary system.
