Research Of Transfer Model Of Yining County Rural Surplus Labor

With the development of agricultural modernization, industrialization, urbanization, the transfer of rural surplus laborto non-agricultural industries is an inevitable phenomenon of economic and social development and the inevitable rule.How in the new rural construction has entered a crucial period to solve Chinese "Three Rural Issues", the basic outlet liesin the transfer of rural surplus labor to non-agricultural industries, to the town. To promote the transfer of rural surpluslabor, peasants’ income sources, is the major strategic initiatives of the well-off society.In this paper, taking Xinjiang Yining County as the research object, accessing to relevant data, through fieldinvestigation, analyzed the current situation, characteristics of rural surplus labor transfer in Yining County, Yining County,principles on rural surplus labor transfer and the transfer of experience and follow the mode of combining theoreticalresearch and empirical analysis, and discusses the Yining county rural surplus labor problem in the transfer process. Onthis basis, combined with the actual Yining county specific development, put forward measures to promote the transfer ofrural surplus labor and the countermeasures.
