There is a famous saying by US steel king Carnegie:‘even if all of myfactories, equipment, marketand money are taken from me except the humans, Iwill still be a king of steel after four years.’We can see how important therole of human resources plays in enterprise development. In the21stcentury whichthe traditional economy model is gradually replaced with emerging knowledgeeconomy model, the role of human resources is getting more and more important.At the same time, human resources management iselevated to a new and higher degree.In China, most of enterprise management are still in the old mode of managementimplementation, which are still the traditional personnel management mode. Itis the core tasks and primary responsibilities of modern human resourcemanagement and managers for an enterprise that how to use people as a livingand developing resource, and how can we truly mobilize the enthusiasm andmotivation of its staff.The industry of real estate has the characteristics ofregional differences,highly specialized, big capital investment, policy impacted, high risks andcomplex working relationship. It is an personnel-intensive, capital-intensiveindustry. Since2010, for the real estate industry, the government has introduceda "National11articles","New National10articles","New National8articles" and a series of round-round control policy, so that the real estate industryentered a period of austerity and meticulous management era.At the same time,the competition in the real estate industry is also transferred to a stage ofthe talentscompetition. Theauthor of this article has usedthe company he servedas a research object, and analysis the organization structure, working analysis,post evaluation, performance management and the human resources managementstatus like developmentand training of ZH real estate. The author make a seriesof proposals in the optimization and recommendations of human resourcesmanagement by making a contrast with several benchmark real estate enterprisesin these aspects and implementing the advanced concept, method and tools helearned in humanresources management in his MBA courses. There are five sections in this article: Section One is the Introduction, which tells the basicconceptions, and background of the paper, the ways of research and the currentstatus of human resources management in real estate enterprises; Section Twois the introduction of ZH real estate and the analysis of competition environmentfor ZH real estate; Section Three is the analysis and research of human resourcesmanagement in ZH real estate; Section Four is the research of projectoptimization for human resources in ZH real estate; Section five is theevaluation and conclusions for the project optimization, mainly composed of thedifficulties and risks that may be encountered in implementing the optimizationproject, and the flaws that may be happened in the optimization project, andfollow-up assessment measures. Limited to my knowledge and experience, thisin-depth research is still far from enough, please feel free to point out theproblems and make suggestions on this paper.
