Performance management as a kind of modern management tools, become an enterprise to enhance competition ability, an important guarantee of sustainable development.This paper first analyzes the Ningxia Datang Power Generation Company dam performance evaluation index current situation, from the organization, personnel structure and corporate culture, the company conducted a comprehensive introduction, and focus on the company fuel management of organization, department responsibility, Department permission and performance appraisal situation analysis, pointed out the fuel management department performance evaluation of the following questions:Performance appraisal is not valued, the management staff of the performance appraisal understanding insufficiency, only from the spiritual support of performance appraisal, no real action, largely due to the human resources department work. Performance evaluation of positioning is not clear, the performance evaluation is often a mere formality, the staff did not play a very good role in the constraints, are likely to form for examination and assessment of the situation. Evaluation itself has certain deviation, not a set of scientific and reasonable assessment system and assessment method, assessment results caused by unbalance. Appraisal standard is unreasonable, assessment standard is not clear, measurable evaluation standard of the poor, the assessment results can not reflect the employee working conditions. Monotonous examination, examination results the subjective influence assessment.
