With the rise of e-commerce,retail has been hit hard.According to the "2018(China)Online Retail Market Data Monitoring Report" released by the E-Commerce Research Center,the total retail sales of consumer goods in China in the first half of 2018 reached 180.18 billion yuan(RMB,the same below),an increase of 9.4%;online retail market The transaction volume reached 408 billion yuan,a year-on-year increase of 30.1%,accounting for 22.7% of the total retail sales of consumer goods.In the first half of 2018,the number of online shopping users in China was 569 million,an increase of 10.2% over the same period of 2017.The growth trend of online shopping users was obvious..Under the violent impact of e-commerce,many retail chains have closed down,or the benefits have continued to fall,and with the globalization of trade intensified,the domestic retail industry is facing greater challenges while welcoming development opportunities.As one of the only "5 Golden Flowers" left in Jinan's retail industry,AS is trying to become the spokesperson of Jinan's commercial culture.In order to let the "old business" send "new shoots",AS company is exploring the beginning of "heart" and adjusting manpower.Resource strategy,revitalizing the company's vitality by stimulating people's potential.This paper first introduces the research background,research significance,research methods and content of the subject,and then outlines the basic concepts of human resource management,including human capital theory,demand hierarchy theory,expectation theory,incentives and other theories,as well as domestic and international research retail human resources.The main points of the strategy,then analyzed the status quo and problems of AS company's human resource management,discussed the profile of AS company and pointed out the current situation of AS company's human resource management,including unscientific salary management,lack of recruitment and training mechanism,manpower The construction of resource team is unscientific,the performance appraisal system is not perfect,and the career planning is lacking.Through questionnaire analysis and empirical analysis,the statistical methods are used to further analyze the causes and problems of AS human resource management problems,and the research and design of human resource management optimization is carried out.Finally,it proposes the improvement methods of AS company's human resource management issues,including improving employee's career development planning,strengthening staff training mechanism,optimizing salary system design,improving recruitment,strengthening employee team awareness,and improving salary performance.Nuclear system and so on.Through the analysis of the current situation and reasons of AS company's human resources,it not only further enriches the human resource management theory,but also provides a reference for AS company to further deepen the internal human resource management system reform,gradually improve the salary system for enterprises,and pay attention to the employee's career development plan.Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,retain the core employees of the company,prevent the loss of employees,attract more talents to join,achieve its own rapid and harmonious development,improve core competitiveness and other guiding and far-reaching practical significance.At the same time,AS company's human resource management experience can also provide experience for the human resources management of the retail industry,with practical significance and theoretical value.
