In modern market economy, the competition of enterprises is also the competition of talents. As the key of Human resource management, performance management has received more and more attention from enterprises. Under the "the "new normal" of China's economy, competition requires enterprises to design a more effective performance evaluation scheme and to enhance performance management. SX Province disabled AIDS Co.Ltd is a company specializing in the production and operation of medical equipment for the disabled. With the expansion of the development scale of the company, it requires the SX Province disabled AIDS Co.Ltd to conduct performance appraisal program reform. Therefore, this paper intends to put forward a new design scheme of performance appraisal under such background studies.This thesis intends to choose an appropriate performance appraisal method through related review of the concept, theory development and methods, the function of performance appraisal to lay the theoretical foundation.On this basis, this paper mainly analyses the current situation and existing problems on Performance Appraisal of SX Province disabled AIDS Co.Ltd and it proposes the new performance appraisal program in view of the existing problems based on KPI method and changes the shortcomings and deficiencies of previous performance appraisal work. The new performance appraisal program implementation process greatly improves the SX Province disabled AIDS Co.Ltd performance management level and enhances the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.This paper mainly studies the petrochemical e-business performance appraisal program design and the western development strategy of SX Province disabled AIDS Co.Ltd, which is based on the current situation of performance appraisal and KPI method proposed the ideas and principles of design for the performance appraisal, so that it could accordingly design a new performance appraisal program, which also has a strong reference value on other enterprises in the same industry performance appraisal program design.
