| With the economic globalization and development of information age, the currententerprises are facing more and more intense competition. In order to improve their owncompetition and adaptation ability, many enterprises are exploring effective ways toenhance productivity and improve the organizational performance. This thesis, takingperformance appraisal system of post office of Z city as the research object, diagnosesthe existing problems. Firstly, the thesis introduces the concept, methods ofperformance appraisal and its role in human resources management. Secondly, thethesis introduces the structure of human resources, salary system and current situationof performance appraisal system of post office of Z city, and then analyzes the generalchange trend of the system from the perspective of manning, way of connectionbetween performance appraisal and salary as well as performance appraisal system, andanalyzes its impact on enterprise’s business and management and the existing shortages,based on which, puts forward the suggestions for further improvement.This thesis uses research methods such as literature, investigation, inductiveanalysis and job analysis to analyze the current situation of performance appraisal ofpost office of Z city, find the existing problems and propose correspondingcountermeasures based on data and specific examples and using appraisal tools, forexample, KPI key performance indicators,360degree performance appraisal method,factor appraisal method, description method and balanced scorecard method and so on.The thesis aims to help post office of Z city improve staff performance appraisal system,achieve the target of performance appraisal system and provide reference to theperformance system of the same industry. |
