Internationalization is an important development trend of recent years as our corporate strategy. More and more domestic enterprises expand their business globally. Accordingly, building a global supply chain to support the operation of the global market is an essential work in the process of internationalization of the firm. H Company as IT equipment manufacturers in China, a representative of the enterprise, from the last century since the1990s, began to expand their business overseas. Success while in the international market, supply chain issues is also reflected in the supply capacity and supply of quality to keep up with the needs of overseas business development. Beginning in2005, H Company started to build a global supply system to support the growing global shipping needs.With the help of comparative analysis, inductive analysis, case analysis and other research methods, h company’s supply chain status quo problem, the use of the SWOT analysis tool to confirm the future strategic direction of the supply chain, internal and external environment analysis; then use the supply chain management theory and process reengineering theory to develop appropriate process reengineering projects and programs on the program implementation process and to make analysis and countermeasures for the problems in the implementation process; Finally, the Balanced Scorecard tool, from a financial, customers, aspects of internal processes and learning and innovation, to assess the performance of process reengineering, to confirm the recycling program is feasible to solve the h original supply chain management problems.
