ZC District Power Supply Bureau Power Infrastructure Project Lean Management Program Design

In recent years,as China's economy increasing steadily,the construction of electric power infrastructure has entered into a new upsurge.However,problems such as extensive management of electric power infrastructure project,high cost and low efficient constructioncaused by restriction of traditional management system and concept has become prominent.Under the environment of economic new normal and state-owned enterprise reform,improving efficiency of power infrastructure project management,saving resources and reducing waste has becomerealistic problems to be solved urgently for the sustainable development of power enterprises.This paper uses electric power construction engineering project of the ZC District Power Supply Bureau as research object,lists out management phenomena such as existing extensive time period and materials waste,analyzes weak link in the investment decision-making,project planning,construction supervision and material management,analyzes necessity and feasibility of introducing lean management concepts and methods in electrical power construction project.By using Lean Six Sigma management tools,improving management process and optimizing management measures,a lean management scheme on ZC District Power Supply Bureau construction project is designed to reduce time,manpower and material waste,improve efficiency and effectiveness,as well as to improve level of project management of electrical power construction.Besides,the supervision and warrantee systems are also concerned to ensure continuity and effective implementation of the design.
