With the economic globalization and knowledge economy time, the market is quitedifferent from the former time. The product and service are more and more the same. In suchsituation, High performance sales team is becoming the key for a successful corporation inthe market competition. The building of a high performance sales team can lead the bestpositive result of the sales team, including making right team system, configuringqualified sales members for the team development, creating the team spirit of advancingwith the time. It can raise the efficiency and competence of a corporation, bring moremarket share, more profit and more loyal customers. In another words, the building ofhigh performance team can make positive function for keeping the employee stability.This article researched the building of D corporation sales team. Firstly, authorsearched IA sales team building with analysis and made the conclusion: IA sales team is atypical sales team. Then, the author analysed the internal and external factor on how IAteam can be a successful sales team.
