HRMS(Human Resource Management System) is one of the kernel part of the enterpriseinformatization strategy that aprovides the integrated solutions to Human ResourceManagement process based on the information technology platform.This article will focus on the main factor of sussessful implementation of HumanResource Management System for large sacle enterprise from different aspects, based on thecase of HRMS implementation of C Group.In order to investigate the infulunce and resolution of each phase of implementationprocess, this document will review the factors of sussession from the cases all over theworld,then analyze and summarize the whole project implementation process according tomost of the existsed factor model of ERP(enterprise resource plan) implementation, byadopting summarizing approach.Through on C group human resources management system project implementation ofdifferent stage of effect factors for analysis and summary, from different angle on C groupHRMS system implementation project of key success elements for research, analysis researchout large group enterprise in cross and the subsidiaries of situation, implementation humanresources management system of key success elements. First, effect success of strategy levelmain including:(1) the support from the high level leaders (2) The vision and accuracy of thegroup enterprise informatization strategy (3) The appropriate management operation of theimplementation process (4) The integrated processional system solutions. Second, effect ofthe tactical level include:(1) software selection and implementation provider (2) The effectivetraining plan,(3) The stable capability of system maintenance.Through the C group company human resource management system of theimplementation of the analysis, summed up the key sussess elements.,which could be muchhelpful to the large scale enterprise that will utilize Human Resource Management System,and the professional consultants who commit themselves to the HRMS implementation.
