Nowadays our country is during the period of transforming from the traditional agriculture to the modern agriculture, thedifferentiation of farmers and herdsmen (differentiation of professional and economic) and farmland circulation have animportant social and economic significance to promote the construction of agricultural modernization. The former hasbecame an important independent variable which affects the farmland circulation and has influenced the urban and ruralsocial structure changes of our contemporary country deeply. The latter is helpful to develop the appropriate scale operationof agriculture, to promote agricultural modernization, to improve agricultural productivity, labor productivity and utilizationrate of agricultural inputs, to ensure the national food security, to improve farmers’ and herdsmen’s living conditions and toraise the level of farmers’ and herdsmen’s life.The studyfrom the perspectives of farmers’ and herdsmen’s differentiation,then chooses the factor analysis method anddescriptive analysis method in SPSS software and AMOS software to process the quantitative survey data. The results showthat:(1) Through six potential variable factors such as significance test of personal characteristics, family characteristics,farmers’ and herdsmen’s differentiation features, farmland circulation constraint variables, old-age security characteristicsand rural socialized service satisfaction, which have higher factor loading, it suggests that the six primary potential variablefactors can explain the farm-land circulation very well.(2) The results of AMOS software shows that the six potentialvariable factors have significant positive influence on the farmland circulation will, which support the study hypothesis.(3)From the standardized path coefficient of the six potential variable factors, we can see that the farmers’ and herdsmen’scharacteristics exert has the greatest influence on the farmland circulation will. Rural socialized service satisfaction andfamily characteristics of farmland take second place. Other factors such as professional categories, professionaldifferentiation degree and whether house purchase in the town, have significant positive effect on the farmland circulationwill, and the improvement of the vocational differentiation degree and professional categories of nonagricultural of farmersand herdsmen have positive guiding effect on enhancing the farmland circulation will. In addition, personal characteristics,family characteristics, farmland circulation constraint variables, old-age security features, rural social service and satisfaction,such five potential variable factors also have significant positive effect on the farmland circulation will.Research conclusions:(1) The improvement of vocational differentiation degree of farmers and herdsmen and theoptimization of professional categories have actively guide effect on enhancing the farmland circulation will.(2) Farmers andherdsmen are lack of transfer of diversified choice space except farming.(3) The basic safeguard projects such as ruralelderly care, illness are difficult to realize the urban and rural overall development, rural migrant workers cannot enjoy theequal social insurance of the city workers, urban and rural social security system is difficult to implement integration orcohesion.(4) Under the circumstance of that the old-age security which is provided by public finances exist dual structuresbetween urban and rural areas, the old-age security function of the farmers and farmland is not weakened.(5) Currently, thefarmland circulation of Qitai mainly occurs in the rural interior of farmers and herdsmen private voluntary subcontracting, thesingle transfer mode, the short circulation term and the small circulation scale, it is difficult to realize the requirement ofconcentrated moderate scale management and mechanical work. Therefore it has very limited role in improving theutilization rate of agricultural land and promoting the agricultural modernization.(6) The unstable factors that may lead to thelocal farmland changing relations disorders or farmland circulation will eliminate.
