Taining county has a lot of mountains and hills,so the land resources are very precious for Taining county.Especially in the process of development in recent years,Taining county has carried out in-depth development of its land resources,especially in the aspect of tourism.With the continuous development of the economy of Taining county,it is necessary to evaluate the current situation of economical and intensive utilization of land in its industrial parks reasonably and study the current situation and management mode in the process of land resource management.In the process of study in this paper,through the Taining county industrial park land economical and intensive management situation analysis found that:in the industrial park land use degree by carrying out the size of the population,the per capita area of land use and development and utilization degree of the influence of the size,the land use structure and layout of the reasonable standard is difficult to through the analysis of quantitative determination and calculation;At the input level of land use,various advanced scientific means can be adopted to reduce the input required by land consolidation and improve its production efficiency.In addition,the output efficiency of land in urban areas is obviously lower than that in foreign countries,and the gap is very large.So according to these factors to analyze its in the industrial park land exist in the process of economical and intensive land use efficiency is low,regulatory and incentive system is not sound,unreasonable land use planning is not reasonable,the location of the park and such problems as lack of awareness of market development,and then put forward to solve these problems in Fujian Taining,optimize land use pattern,optimization of land use policies,optimize the intensive utilization of policy and strengthen regulation,to be able to effectively improve the using efficiency of land;Government departments should also optimize the existing performance assessment system,reduce the proportion of economic indicators in its performance assessment,increase the assessment of social indicators and ecological indicators,strengthen the construction coefficient,volume ratio and investment in industrial parks,so as to establish and improve a complete supervision and management system.Strengthening the planning of land in industrial parks,planning and setting the direction and structure of land use to maximize the utilization rate of land;Take appropriate measures to encourage all enterprises in the park to adopt unified plant construction standards,effectively improve the land utilization rate,and ensure the rationality of the park site;We should give full play to the role of price in the economical and intensive use of land,further improve the standardization of land transactions,accelerate the establishment of the land transfer system,promote the development of the secondary market of land,and establish and improve the existing laws and regulations as well as the land appraisal system so as to promote the marketization process.
