| Land is the basis of all human material life, it is a valuable resource for a non-renewable. But because our country has a huge population base, resulting in per capita land is very scarce. This severely restricts the impact of even healthy and sustainable development of our economy.. Based on China’s basic national conditions which are huge population with scarce arable landand a large number of land waste and inefficient use in some City Development Zone, during the progress of urbanization, transferring the pattern of exploiting urban land extensively into using it intensively is the inevitable choice to achieve the goal of sustainable development of the whole national economy.Through conservation of land resources and improve utilization of land resources of these approaches can ease severe land supply and demand in our country.. And intensive land use can promote the rational allocation and efficient use of land and space resources. It can also solve the contradiction between the finitness of land supply and people’s increasing demand for land effectively. This paper firstly reviews the relavant research results of intensive land use domesticly and abroad. Based on this, the paper states the connotation of intensive use of land and the related theory. Through the data analysis, this paper draws a conclusion about the status and characteristics of intensive land use of Mianyang Industrial Park and also makes comments on it. The percentage of land use was 89.73%. The efficiency of land use is 78.16%. The management performance is 100% which indicates that the intensive utilization of Mianyang Industrial Park land is at a high level. The rate of land supply is 83.22%, indicating that most land that corresponds with the used condition has been offered.The rate of land completion is 81.06%, indicating the completion rate of land is relatively high among the suppied land. The score of the degree of exploiting land is 82.08, indicating that most of the land has been exploited and utilized. The fixed investment on the Industrial Park reaches to 26,541,500 yuan / hectare, and the current intensity of industrial land output 10,290,300 yuan / hectare,which accouts for half of the fixed investment. The reason is that a large part of enterprises in the park are being built or to be built. The yield rate is relatively ordinary. The score of land use and supervision is 100, indicating that the use and supervision of the land is timely and effective. However, through the calculation of potentiality of intensive land use in the Industrial Park, there is still some potential intensive land can be ultilized. At the end of the paper, it includes the measures about the expansion of the park, strengthening the management of the park, system of park evaluation, adjusting the plan on land use. |
