Valuation And Study On Intensive Land Use And Countermeasures Of Taling Industrial Park In Ding'an County In Hainan Province

With the constant development of society, people's demands for living standards are constantly rising. All human activities are inseparable from the land, which is promoting the development of society while the shortage of land is also restricts the development of society on the other hand. Since the construction of Hainan international tourism island in 2009, the province is about to enter a new climax period of land development, with the emergence of a large number of industrial parks. Lots of enterprises are attracted,competitive industries are gathering, the quality of built-up land intensive use is being continually improved and a beneficial economic cycle of regional industrial economy is appeared. As a result, simple and extensive ways of land using in the past is going to be eliminated and updated, requirements for intensive land use of park development are rising. However, some local governments strive for grandiose projects and want to reach for what is beyond their grasp in recent years, which lead to the irrational use of land resources.The article will analyze the circumstance of intensive land-use in some domestic big cities and foreign countries by investigations and researches, especially the land use degree and the development of many key industrial parks in China. Then it will discuss the development connotation and objectives of intensive land-use in Taling industrial park in Ding'an County. From a practical standpoint, circumstances like intensive land-use, comprehensive benefits, land undeveloped and other aspect of the industrial park will be discussed too. The article will continue to evaluate the studies on the use of stock land in the industrial park through establishing evaluation index and confirming weight.According to the evaluation results, the long-standing crux of land intensive use in Taling industrial park will be worked out.
