Study On The Comprehensive Competitiveness Of County Economy Of Qitai In Changji

County economy is an important component of the national economy,the administrative regional economy which has the characteristic of independent,composite and basic level.County economic development of China's national economy and the foundation of the basic pillars of the national economy and an important part of coordinated urban-rural relations,and related to national development and well-off society in China to build a livelihood and economic.However,our county economy in general are not high, less competitive, therefore, solve the economic problems of our county will become a reality.The Xinjiang as China's less developed western province,the overall county economy development level is low,how to develop and strengthen county economies has become a historic choice to promote the development of Xinjiang.This paper outlines the county's economic research at home and abroad,and study the County economy of Qitai county which is the large agriculture and animal county of Changji,and establish comprehensive economic competitiveness of county index system,then select 22 indicators to evaluate the level of comprehensive power of County economy of Qitai county,through analysis,propose the following conclusions:1. The rank of Qitai county is sixth in each county(city) of Changji, just above the Mori County,not only has large gap between the two counties of the state of west Changji, but also exists a gap with Jimsar county.2. From the industrial point of view,with the help of rich resources of agriculture and livestock,agriculture and livestock developed quickly in Qitai.So,primary industry has the largest proportion,but the development of secondary industry is still relatively slow,the exploit force is not enough.Although the tertiary industry increased year by year,but the stimulating effect on the county's economy is not great.3. From the display state per capita levels of economic development indicators, in addition to a few potential indicators of relatively high scores, the rest of the scores of several indicators were lower, but still contains a number of potential development indicators.4.
