At present, the development of small and medium-sized firms are in trouble,Developing the brokerage business competitive strategy has become the coreproblem in the securities business.Based on the theories of domestic and foreign securities brokerage businesscompetitive strategy, from the main business status, brokerage business in theinternal environment and the external environment three aspects, to J ofbrokerage business in securities company internal and external environment areanalyzed in detail.The dissertation analysis of the J of brokerage business insecurities company brand, geography, technology and service platform andenterprise culture competitive advantage in use of SWOT, Market developmentand business innovation ability drops, product coverage, ignoring the investmentneeds of customers competitive disadvantage are analysised; the brokeragebusiness structure and operation mode are disscused etc. Development potentialanalysis of the brokerage business,market concentration degree, cycle fluctuation,competition environment and other aspects of the existing threat.According to the analysis of J of brokerage business in securities companycurrent situation and existing problems, combined with J securities company’sexternal environment and brokerage business transition, proposals of improvingbrokery service of competition strategy are proposed, which is from perspectivessuch as the organization structure optimization, improvement of managementmeasures, management model, development of new products. Optimizing theorganizational structure and management improvement measures is to establishand perfect the brokerage business competitive strategy important basis;AdjustIing the operating mode and strengthen the development of new products,which fully meet the needs of customers and improve customer satisfaction.Thereby improving the J of brokerage business in securities company competition ability.
