As a social problem,security has been concerned by the whole society all the way.How to protect the personal and property safety of individuals and organizations has been a topic of concern for a long time,the security industry has been born at the right moment.As long as there are criminal acts and factors of instability,the security industry will continue to exist and develop.In ancient society,security was composed of civil air defense,material defense and dog defense.In the 1980s,technological prevention appeared and gradually developed in China.With the rapid development of our economy,there is an increasing gap between the rich and the poor in our society,and the mobility of the population has increased,which has brought more unstable factors to the development of the society.To a certain extent,it limits and hinders the development of regional economy,while providing a good external opportunity for the development of the security industry.In the 21st century,with the national focus to regional public security and information security,the government has issued a series of policies to promote the vigorous development of the security industry,including the"Skynet Project" and "Brilliant Project",which provides a huge market for the security industry.In nearly 40 years of development,the security industry was gradually subdivided into security manufacturers,security integrators,security agents and security service operators,which formed a security industry ecosystem jointly.With the continuous progress of the Internet of things technology,the country has issued a series of good laws and regulations to improve the industry norms gradually,the competition is also intensified in the entire security industry;All of these have brought great challenges to the development of the security industry.How to formulate a scientific and systematic competitive strategy to cope with the increasingly fierce competition and improve their core competitiveness has become an important theme which the enterprises in the security industry need to be faced with.Based on the systematic study of enterprise strategic management theory,this paper takes Shandong Zhongan Security Services,Ltd as the research object,through the utilization of strategic analysis tools and methods such as PEST analysis,five-force model analysis,SWOT analysis and so on,the external environment,the industry environment,the competitive environment,and the internal resources and capabilities of the enterprise are deeply analyzed,and the feasibility of the three competitive strategies is evaluated.And finally the cost leadership strategy is selected as the enterprise competitive strategy,In terms of the establishment of matrix organization structure,enhancing enterprise management information system construction,and improvement of the human resources management and strengthening of the marketing means and other aspects,a detailed strategy implementation and safeguard measure is established to build a basic competitive strategy implementation system to lay a good foundation for the implementation of cost leadership strategy.Looking over the literature,it is found that there are not many researches on the competition strategy of security service operators at current stage,and more are analyzed around the production enterprises in the security industry.In the meantime,security service operators are going through a phase of transition from extensive management to refined management.Based on the actual situation of the enterprise,this thesis studies and develops a competitive strategy in conformity with the development of the enterprise.On the one hand,it hopes that it can help the further development and the good performance of the research enterprise in the market through the research of this thesis.On the other hand,it also hopes to provide a valuable reference for other security service operators in terms of the selection of competitive strategies and the healthy development of the industry.
