Competitive strategy is very important to enterprise management.In order to develop sustainably,it is necessary for enterprises to develop a competitive strategy that matches the internal and external environment of the enterprise.It is an important task for H Company to grasp the domestic market opportunities and stand out in the competition.Under this context,the author also researches the competitive strategy for domestic market of H Company by analysis of related literature review and questionnaires.Based on the PEST analysis,Michael Porter five forces model and SWOT matrix analysis,the author precedes a relatively comprehensive analysis of competitive strategy of H Company.First based on the internal and external environment of the H Company,the author draws some conclusions of the opportunities and threats the H company faces and the strengths and weaknesses of the company.In the external environment,the current business environment increased competitive pressures within the industry.On one hand,the opportunities are: good political environment and good development of technique,etc.On the other hand,threats are: more competitors than before and buyers may have more request than before,etc.In the internal conditions,H Company has supreme production technology and strong sense of innovation but weak information system building and high business operating costs.On the whole,the opportunities are more than threats and advantages outweigh disadvantages.Second,the author precedes a relatively comprehensive analysis of opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses and researches the competitive position and future development direction by SWOT matrix analysis and Michael Porter five forces model.Then the analysis of the three basic competitive strategies shows that the differentiation is the most suitable strategy for the development of the H company.The ways of the competitive strategy are:product differentiation,brand differentiation,service differentiation and marketingdifferentiation.Finally,in order to promote the implementation of the strategy,the author puts forward the safeguard measures for H company in the aspects of organization structure,human resource management and risk control.In China,most of the enterprises in this industry lack a systematic analysis of the internal and external environment,feasibility analysis on the choices of the competitive strategy and systematic planning for the implementation and guarantee of competitive strategy.In this paper,the conclusions draw from the study have an important positive role in improving competition ability and economic profitability.Meanwhile,the conclusion can also supply a reference for many other enterprises in the same industry.
