Research On University Library Open Access Construction And Sharing Under The Open Academic Environment

In recent years,development of network environment and resource sharing theory have promoted the development of open academic environment and open access movement,which resulted in the appearance of various forms of open resources,such as periodicals,academic papers and conference documents.Facing the massive open access resources on the internet,how to get the information needed quickly and easily is worth thinking.In recent years,domestic scholars from various angles to discuss the open access to the model,put forward a variety of open access to the construction model.Library science is a discipline which keeps up closely with the development of the times.Since open access was introduced into the library field,researchers have proposed method to guide the construction and development of open access resources.The construction of library open access is gradually moving towards the direction of theoretical guidance.We hope that through the study on the construction and sharing of open access resources of university libraries under open academic environment,we can provide a wide range of academic information resources to the user.Based on the quantitative analysis,this paper makes a study on the theoretical research status of open access.From results of the literature research,research on the open access is continuous,and the academic research team is headed by researchers of Chinese Academy of sciences.Chinese Academy of sciences.Foreign Mike McGrath et.has been following up on open access research.Foreign institutions of higher learning,academic research institutions have build an institutional repository to access the results of open access institutions.With development of institutional repository,open access policies have been introduced to ensure a good environment for the development of open access.This paper discusses the concept of open access and the realization method of open access.On the basis of abundant theoretical research,this paper investigates the construction of open access resources of some universities in Northeast China.Some problems have been found in the construction of open access resources,such as the shortage of quantity,the lack of variety and the lack of resources construction,and based on the above some construction strategies have been promoted.In construction strategies of open access resources,two aspects have been put forward: one is to establish an access to the information resources,and the other is to establish a sharing mechanism for open access for resource sharing.In the process of resource construction,this paper puts forward retrieval mechanism of creating resources.By means of active collection,we can collect resources to meet the requirements of institutions,and satisfy basic resources construction of library.Through passive collection to promote user's resources,to promote long-term access to library resources construction;during the procession of the integration of information resources the problem of resource quality can be solved.In aspect of information resources sharing,the following ways in this paper have been put forward,which are platform of library,sharing of information resourcesand library alliance.Open access information resources of library can be shared in platform and institutional repository,at the same time,the problem of resource standardization has been solved.Finally,the construction of external environment for our open access has been advocated.Through this way to create a available open academic environment,so to promote the development of open access resources.Finally,this paper advocates the construction of open and access external environment,through the external environment to create a good open academic environment,in order to promote the development of open access,resource sharing and better development.
