With the continuous development of information industry, the use of informationhas been involved in various fields, which has brought fundamental changes to the lifeof people. Users’ demand of information is particularly important in the "peopleoriented" management of modern library. How to improve the quality of informationservice is the problem to be discussed in the library management and how should theservice provided information on user’s cognitive process is an important topic ofcontemporary books intelligence research. The relationship between the cognitivepsychological process and the information service process is mutual promotion andmutual restriction, which means that the user’s cognitive psychological process plays arestrictive role to information service works and information service works play aninfluential role to the user’s cognitive psychological process. In view of the currentsituation of library and the information service, to provide the corresponding servicestrategy according to the cognitive characteristics of the users, in order to serveinformation users better, and make the effect of information service most.
